No. Vehicles are transported, never towed. Depending on the vehicle's condition and location, we move it on a trailer or with a pilot driver, whether it runs or not.
When a vehicle arrives at our secured compound, we photograph it and write a condition report. Clients see each file's status, photos, condition, valuation and documents in our online portal.

You sign our Vehicle Transportation Agreement on your phone; it's the only paperwork you sign with us. We pick up the vehicle and bring it to our secured compound, and you don't need to be there. We tell your lender you are voluntarily giving the vehicle back and where it is, and the lender usually sends a bailiff to collect it. If the lender won't collect it, we contact you before any step toward a sale.
No. We never charge you anything. We bill our charges to the lender, not to you.
Yes. Keep the vehicle insured and registered until it is safely stored in our secure compound. Then switch to parking insurance, which only costs about $10-$30 a month. If it isn't running and is coming in on a trailer, you can switch right away.
Leave all the keys with it, the registration inside, and the licence plate on. Take out your belongings first.
Yes. We can meet you at the compound where your vehicle is stored, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.
